26 April 2025, EnergyNet hade its “hello world” moment. Two different buildings in Lund, the town that gave birth to GSM and the modern broadband networks, was connected over a parallel infrastructure (cable) for electrical distribution.

As part of the National Large Scale System Demonstrator program CoAction two different real estate companies (LKF and LKP) can now distribute power over the new cables, innovative Energy Routers and a new free and open standard language (the Energy Protocol or EP).

The first technical proof of concept was now a fact.
